What attendees thought of the 2011 conference.....

If you can only go to one nuclear conference for the Asian market, Synergy's Nuclear Power Asia Conference is the one to attend.  Synergy's professionalism and industry connections create an exceedingly rich environment for both information exchange and networking.  What sets this event apart is the caliber and seniority of the speakers and the attendees, resulting in an intense, two-day experience that helps create opportunities throughout the region for the year to follow.

We enjoyed the conference a lot.. We found that this conference was well organized , with relevant topics and efficient format combined with presentations and round table. The conference was also attended by major nuclear power players in the region and offered a great opportunity for networking and business development. It was a great experience for us to attend this conference and thank you very much for the good effort.
Jimmy Wang, China Nuclear Power Engineering Co, China

Synergy did an excellent job of bringing together some very important people in the nuclear industry. The event itself was also very well organized, be it the meals, snacks, and general atmosphere. I found the round table discussions to be most beneficial as it gave the perfect opportunity for everyone to share their ideas on a certain topic; would definitely recommend this type of discussion for the next conference.
Rahat Alikhan, LS Horizon Limited, Thailand

Well done on organising a great conference. I thought you had an excellent turnout, both in terms of numbers as well as having a number of senior representatives from the various companies, governments, etc. It was also very well run.
Charles Whitney, Norton Rose, UK

It was the best conference on nuclear power in Asia in recent years. I feel privileged to be part of a distinguished group of speakers. The conference was a great opportunity for networking, highly informative and professionally run. I would strongly recommend it to future participants.
Francois Nguyen, International Energy Agency, France

Southeast Asia is fast emerging as one of the most dynamic regions for new nuclear power programs.  Building on the success of Nuclear Power Asia 2010, Nuclear Power Asia 2011 brought together key leaders and stakeholders of the region along with leaders of the global nuclear industry. This continuing open dialogue and exchange of knowledge and information will assist in the development of world-class civil nuclear programs that will benefit the people of the countries of SE Asia.
George Borovas, Pillsbury Law, United States

It was most timely and relevant, especially to us within the ASEAN region.  All of us are seriously considering going nuclear power generation and the conference has given us the venue where we could meet top leaders and focal persons in the industry, as well as our peers, to benchmark our level of readiness for such endeavor.
Mauro L. Marcelo Jr., National Power Corporation, Philippines

“Nuclear Power Asia 2011 brought together all the who’s who in the nuclear power field.  The experts and the “newcomers” met and exchanged candid views on the challenges some countries had to overcome to proceed with their nuclear power plants and which, on the other side, proved as good considerations to other countries exploring nuclear as a possible energy option in the long term.
Lilian C. Fernandez, Department of Energy, Philippines

"Nuclear Power Asia 2011 confirmed for me the dedication of the region to develop and use nuclear power. I was very positively surprised by number of participants and by professional content and topics of the presentations. I was not surprised by high level of organization of the conference, because the Synergy Asia-Pacific guarantees the success of the events organized by them."
