Synergy did an excellent job of bringing together some very important people in the nuclear industry. The event itself was also very well organized, be it the meals, snacks, and general atmosphere. I found the round table discussions to be most beneficial as it gave the perfect opportunity for everyone to share their ideas on a certain topic; would definitely recommend this type of discussion for the next conference.
